Can I get some stats/specs for the bike?

You certainly can. There is a detailed spec sheet at buykawasaki.com. There is not a direct link, but you can go to the owner info menu, select Parts Diagrams, then find your bike by year. After clicking through several screens, you will come to the link for specifications. You'll find that most years of the EX250F ('88-07) are nearly identical.
